Rent is way high for the area. Ugly pink building. Guest parking you will have a hard time with. People parking in fire lanes. Security is a joke. They let anyone in. Also the F rating refers to the mangement company/owner of Las Palmas. So the F rating applies. Since its the Finger Companies that own the property and its all finger employess that run the property. Just becarful get everything in writing get copies. Hope it goes well for you. cause if it goes bad I hope that you have a good lawyer.
