I have lived here for almost 2 years. I loved it here when these apartments first opened. Since the new managment (MBS) has come in , these apartments have gone down the hill. There has been broken gates , Maintence Sucks...Staff is very rude. People who dont live here come and use our pool. I wish i never signed another lease. There are Police here almost every night for different thins drugs , brake-ins cars etc., Young Teenagers Have caught the trash cans on fire . My car was broken into !! My Dish washer was broken for almost 2 weeks, staff said they would be out there that day nobody came until 4 weeks later !! DONT MOVE IN YOUR SAVING YOURSELF !!

I heard from someone else who lives here that not one vendor in the entire houston area will come to an mbs property. not one. go online to the houston apt. assoc., look up a company like a plumber or something, pretend to be with the management company and see what they say! you won't believe it.
