Right when we moved in the new management was just taking over, we were disappointed to say the least. The apartment itself is nice and roomy. But I have noticed a downard trend in the complex. The pool area is constantly occupied by loud and rowdy thugz who have no respect for the people around them. I have gone twice to ask different groups of people to keep it down and have almost gotten into it with them a couple of times. My wife was also out on the balcony one day watering plants and some idiots who were at the pool and probably do not even live here where making rude comments to her. To sum it up if you are reading this please take my advice and the advice of the other post (notice all are negative - its for a reason)and do not move in to these apartments. Ecspecially if you have a family or children. But if you are a thug or person with no civic resposibility this is the place for you it is almost like government housing lately.
