DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   This place has really gone down hill. There doesn't seem to be any insulation at all. You can hear all of your neighbors conversations and the electricity bill is much higher than it should be in a place this size. Our neighbor's vehicles have been broken into more than once. It takes a month to fix any matinence problem no matter what it is. The pool area is filled with people that don't even live here. The management isn't able to handle the property. Whoever the "Manager of the week" is hides when anyone comes into the office with a complaint. We have had things stolen off of our porch as have a couple of our neighbors. This place sucks!
