Las Ventanas

 

I have only had to experience Las Ventanas for short amount of time, but I have had all sorts of issues.

This sucks because I have to live out my lease.

However, I noticed that everyone keeps complaining about the property, but have any of you gone over the property management to MBS management (probably worthless), The better business bureau, or Houston Apartment Association' If your just going to keep complaining it will do no good.

Try to act and contact one of those three places above.

We have rights as tenants, and Las Ventanas is not fulfilling those rights.

However, nothing will change until we act on our issues.

The Houston Apartment Association has a list of our rights as tenants and has an online complaint form.

Once you fill out the form they will contact the property for answers.

By the way, the way all this trash is able to lease in the complex is because they lower the rent to hardly nothing.

I read that someone is paying nearly $800.00 for a one bedroom apartment.

Well, the only way they talked me into signing a lease is because they gave me the biggest two bedroom for $850.00 a month.

If I would have only known then what I know now.
