When I first moved here, I was thoroughly excited. The apartment still smelled of fresh paint, the management seemed nice enough, and the ammenities were what sealed the deal. If I had any issues, they were dealt with in a somewhat timely manner.

Since then, the constant MTV Spring Break Party at the neighbors, the parking lot reeling with shady characters, and a pool constantly over-ridden with rowdy small children with no supervision has changed my view of this place. When you walk around the grounds, you notice how nobody even speaks english. It's like living in a totally different country. (But hey, on the positive side, you have palm trees!)

The gym used to be 24 hours. Until a tenant (or someone who could get the touch pad key to get in), broke into the theater in the evening. What twisted retard would steal from their own property' Idiot!

Fully functioning entry gates' Oh no, not in our little third world country! The main gate was broken for two months straight! And if one gate is functioning, don't worry... the other two are probably letting in the next person to break into your vehicle.

Management just doesn't care. As long as we're paying their salaries, they don't mind that the same broke junk yard vehicle has been sitting in the same parking spot for three months when tenants have to park in the fire lane for any type of parking.

If you have any type of brain comprehension, you will see that there are NO positives to these "windows into luxury" as they put it... only a glimpse into Hell.
