We moved into this place in Nov. 2004 thinking that we were in paradise. We moved out July 30th. The property was beautiful, and the apartments were gorgeous and brand new. A few months later things started going down hill. Our vehicle was broken into a month after living there. We were parked under a spotlight! Fence boards are constantly missing, the gates never work, the graffiti on the dumpster was never painted over let alone it took forever for them to fix the covered parking roof that was bent all to hell. There are always beer bottle all over the place along with cigarette butts thrown all over the grounds. I have written numerous letters to management only to have nothing done! Here's the kicker, our kitchen sink was stopped up because of the people that lived above us. This happened on more then one occasion. The maintenance guy came out to fix it after days of it not working the first time. This last time, he drilled a hole in the actuall pipe in-order to get the roto rooter down there. Then, he caulked it up. That thing is going to bust open so bad because it's the pipe that leads from upstairs. I hope you don't live in apartment 711 because you are going to have a wall with ruined sheetrock and a flooded living room. We broke our lease because my husband got transferred to Corpus Christi and they did lease our apartment, but they want us to pay a reletting fee. People/thugs would always park in your assigned spot and when you called to have the vehicle towed, nothing ever happened. The sign on West road says Luxury apartments. It should say luxury apartments with low class living!! DON'T MOVE HERE...YOU WILL REGRET IT. I PROMISE!!

We chose to live in a place where we think people will take pride in their home and surroundings. It is extremely disappointing when people don't care about property and their surroundings and that makes it miserable for others who have to live in this place everyday. Who wants to come home to someplace they don't enjoy being at or feel safe being at home? It's not worth it. When my safety is in question, that's when you don't put up with it anymore!
