Let me make it plain and simple...LAS VENTANAS ARE THE WORST APARTMENTS. MAINTENANCE SUCKS AND THE OFFICE PERSONNEL SUCKS!! My dishwasher has been broken for 5 months now and NOTHING has been done to fix it! On top of the gnats, we have worms and ants! I have complained several times, sent faxes, and NOTHING has been done. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE IN!!

I emailed Marvin Zindler recently regarding my apartments, Bayberrytree, owned by MBS the day the story aired and I haven't gotten a response. I think all of us need to get together to send a mass email to somebody, anybody to get them to look into MBS. I can be reached at tameka1976@aol.com. I'm serious. I've been living here for 4 years and I'm fighting with them now because my hot water works off and on and they INSIST that it's been fixed. I need as many people as possible so we can get someone to take our issues seriously. I think MBS should sell their properties to someone else but now with all the work needing to be done no one's gonna want to buy the properties. This sux and we need help before it goes too far.
