Stay Away- MBS is terrible!!!! From: whipthellama@gmail.com Date posted: 11/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 2 responses   I moved in when the apartments were new, and the place was pretty good. Then MBS took over and it went to hell. I never received any kind of notice about any change of management or billing changes, they just started coming, and so did the human garbage. There has been a shooting below me between ------ and --------, my truck has been broken into and i've seen cars up on blocks in the parking lot. The staff has lost packages and then told me i'm just screwed and they really don't care about anything. They just hired all new staff and hopefully a new manager, the lady "Hassan" or whatever was a real piece of crap. I've tried to file a complaint with MBS and they tell you they'll call you in 24 hrs and they never do. The place still looks ok, but don't let that fool you, they are terrible! Don't move in here!!!
