05/06/06 - HOW HARD IS IT TO TURN YOUR PHONE OFF THE MESSAGE SYSTEM'!'!'! Turn your damn phones off so I can request a maintenance request because I requested for help yesterday and SOME LADY NAME SYLVIA said she would get someone to work on my broken garbage disposal and NO ONE ever came. I've been trying to call their office all morning long and THEIR PHONES IS STILL IN MESSAGE MODE. This is the WORST apartments ever and I RECOMMEND you or anyone esle not to even think of living here. You can't get any help here, cars are getting broken into everyday, this management is pathetic. They don't care about you at all, they won't or ever will help you unless you are some n00b who thinks this apartment is LUXURY when its really underprivileged, depreciated and run-down. NOT WORTH your money at all. All they care about is MONEY, MONEY, MONEY. I don't even understand how many leasing agents and managers goes through here. They are in and out like through water, I'm surprised the maintenance guys still stick around. Its sad, I mean it with every bit of this word. Oh mind you, I'v e been living here for almost two years now. Withthin 2 months, I must say I'm one of the victims who got their cars broken into THREE times. Thx MBS management, you sure do a damn great job and I mean that sacarstically.


01/31/06 Ever since we got new management, its been horrible. We've gone through about at least 8 new manager and how RIDICULOUS is that'

Its been almost 8 months since they haven't fixed our gates. The gates never work and what makes me mad is before we got new management, you could only get through the gates with THE GATE KEYS but instead they give out the code to everyone to use.

Do you see how many break-ins we have with our cars and our apartments' My boyfriend's car got broken into TWICE. Our neighbor her car got stolen, a few other cars just recently got their car broken into. I hate going home knowing someone is waiting outside the gates to get inside, lazy bastards.

Its impossible to get some maintanence and service. NO ONE HELPS US and it takes 30 MINS just to pay rent' With the gates not being secured and fixed, wild random people comes into the complex driving drunk and hitting my car.

NEVER GET AN APARTMENT AT LAS VENTANAS. I have more to say but that's enough! Don't say anything til you experience it. Let's see if your car gets stolen or your stuff get stolen.

I have been here for 16 months. My lease is up the end of this month. I can attest to your pain. I hate this place. It fools you. It looks nice on the outside, and the interiors of the units are nice. It's the little things that kill you. Maintenance is non- existant. Management is non-existant. Just a raggedy-run property. If you have a choice, choose somewhere else. This is an example of something that could've been good going horribly wrong.

I dont know about the second responce but the first just sounds like she didnt get what she wanted so she is crying about it. I have been here since it opened and the quality has not changed that much. Yeah, there are problems but anywhere you live will be problems. Stop crying!
