I've lived here for a year and a half and I've been unsettled by the reviews saying that all the units get broken into. or, I was unsettled until I got broken into the other night... I live on the third floor, and the only other apartment on my floor was robbed, too. the guy broke the door jamb and stole my 360, my ps2, and my laptop. next door he stole a couple thousand in jewelry and cash. the cops were already in my house when I got home (the neighbors called them, and my door was hanging open), I filed a report and they said to call the office so they could come immediately to fix my door. I called the office, and all I got was a message saying to call 911 for emergencies. so after I slept sitting up, with my back against the cold door to keep it shut, I called again in the morning... no one answered at the office until 11am... they sent two guys up to my place, nice but with no english, and they nail my door jamb back together and cover the giant crack in it with what appears to be bathroom rubber-based caulk. the guy who broke in also busted the peephole in the door, and no one has fixed that yet at all-- it's a hole letting cold air into my house. it's been nearly a week, now... when you walk past my apartment you can see the door is unlocked... when they "fixed" it, they didn't test to make sure it would lock again. so if you come by my open house, please don't steal from me. this place is THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER.
