They are the same builder and developer across the street. Greystar originally managed these and then they got out. The same will happen again.

Even if you move into the new apartment complex, its still going to the same problems. Same people, same company, same managers. Oh not to mention, more of the thieves will patrol that area. Did I mention my boyfriend's car got broken into AGAIN for the third time? Not to mention a guest was staying with us and they tried to break into his car. Also my neighbor's car almost got stolen but how stupid of the thieves to leave their evidence behind. Its going to the same CRAP over and over again. Even if its new, its going to be the same PROBLEMS again. Worth your time and money? I don't think so. |
