To sum it up...I will never live in ANY community owned or managed by the same company as this complex. It was miserable from the day I moved in. I have had a leak in my apartment ceiling since December 2005 and it still leaking now. They have not fixed it and refuse to let me out of my lease! Horrible property!

If your leak (or for that matter anybody's water leak due to plumbing problems or roof, etc) has resulted in mold, a phone call to the Harris Cty Code Enforcement to report the problem (since the apt is neglecting to fix it) will result in a full blown inspection of the entire property and orders to bring all code/health violations up to code (not to mention the overhaul of the current management staff). It appears from reading the complaints of most of the posting tenants, there is clearly a problem with the plumbing system at this complex and probably many corners were cut when they were built. Believe me, when I say they don't want to deal with mold remediation; and should bend over backwards to make the rest of your stay there much more pleasant...besides landlord retaliation is illegal and could result in a sizable monetary settlement to the tenant.
