Las Ventanas means the Window and the sign should say the BROKEN WINDOW looking into HELL !!!!!! I have lived here for two years and have seen this place go from a GREAT place to live to what it's like living in HELL !!! As others have said you pay rent and then you get a notice saying you haven't paid and getting locked out or as my case coming in to your home and take your PERSON PROPERTY and getting it back a week later due to there error !!! The management DOES NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. I have talked with several of my NEW neighbors that haven't been here but for a month or two and they are already ready to move. The parking is the WORST and the lights thru the complex(parking lot and walk ways)DON'T WORK so at night it is VERY UNSAFE to be coming home. One of my neighbors went to the office in person and paid his RENT and the Asst. Manager (MARK) told him his amount to pay and took his check in person and a couple of days later(my neighbors)received a letter on his door that he didn't pay rent and needed to pay or get LOCKED OUT !!!!! There hours are posted as 8:30am to 5:30pm and today I get to the complex @5:10pm and it's all LOCKED UP. I call there number and get the answering service I left a message and as of 6:30pm I still haven't received a call from anybody and this is over a letter I received from them that I need to stop by the office and see them. We that live here also work and for them to say there here till 5:30pm is still to be seen..... I could keep going on and on but I need to stop before filling up this page. LAST WORDS MANAGEMENT SUCKS AND DOESN'T KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AND WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE FOR A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE FOR THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE HERE!!!!
