Keep your eye open....

RECONSIDER on moving here the property does look nice looking in from the outside but once you move in KEEP your eye OPEN...the reason i say keep your eye open cause whenever you close them either your car is getting damaged or someone else car is one day i was in the office picking up a package and someone was obviously mad about a vandalism(stolen wheels) that happened to his vehichle once the guy left out the building the worker (leasing agency) said it had to be somebody he knew to that the agency person was extremely wrong for saying that and not being concerned about the resident damaged properly today i drive home and see a car on four bricks but get this it wasnt one care it was two cars thats right two cars on bricks not even a good five spaces from each other this place has no security no lights the property needs to have more lighting the brighter it is the less property damage would happen i mean our rent is not cheap its reasonable but not cheap i feel they outta utlize in and invest in more lighting so before the sign on the gate catch your eye($99.00 move in)think about my lease is up in the summer time and it wont be renewed no matter how much cheaper they offer my rent to be just not worth it to have your investments taking from you at a drop of a dime
