If you do its you'll regret it From: Jen1335 Date posted: 4/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   My first impression of these apartments was how beautiful and nice they were, and comparing the prices to other apartments in the area no one else compared to the low prices Las Ventanas had. Everything was going great until our move in date. We had told them that the carpet needed to be cleaned before we moved in. The day we moved in nothing was done that we asked for I had Stacy come up and look at it. She said she would get it done but never did. I call the cooperate office that owned the apartments and gave them my issue and still nothing happen. To this day I live in these apartments and we still haven t gotten the carpet cleaned, we have ants everywhere since the day we moved in, and never received our remote for the gate. After three to four visits to the front office it got kind of old so we stopped complaining. To top it all off my boyfriend s car has had things stolen off his car, along with other residents in the same area as us and NOTHING has been done. If your thinking about moving here because there nice and cheap I would RECONSIDER. These apartments have by far the WORST apartment MANAGEMENT I ve ever seen.
