Well after writing to them and no response I moved out they never accepted any of my letters. So on I got a new apartment somewhere else and send Las Ventanas a package from USPS priority mail with their keys and copies of the letters I had been sending. With that package I wrote a letter to the manager with my attorney business card, stating that if they had any questions about the reason I ended the contract early to contact my attorney and they never did. They never even put anything in my leasing history either because I would of sewed the ---- out of everyone in that agency. I was living worst than a wild animal and in such an inhumane way. That apartment was disgusting! Just wanted to update all of you guys and also tell you that you should not be victims of these people! If you are currently living there I wish you the very best of luck!

We had the exact same problem when we moved in. Our apt wasnt ready on time, so we had to move into the model. They then rushed us out of there into an apt that had black marks and trash all on the floor. They claimed this was just little stuff the vaccuum couldnt Pick up, but when the cleaning lady came back around all the trash was miraculously picked up by the vaccuum! Fortunately we did receive new carpet 2 wks later!
