The day before I moved in, the apartment had an answering service on all day, I didn't even know what apt number I was in! When I first moved in, the apartment hadn't been cleaned, the carpet was wet, and nasty. There was glass and carpet on my doorstep. One of my closetdoors were off the track, and the apartment was dirty like someone moved out of it the day before. I had a notice to vacate on my door and I hadn't been there but maybe 2 weeks! The gate very seldom works! A car suspiciously caught fire! I woke up and 3 vehicles were left on bricks! I don't feel safe in my own home, I'm moving as soon as my lease is up

when me and my family went to look at las ventanas we really loved it. they had told us that there is a special that you pay 50 dollars up front and then you have the next first month free... we told them that we had to move in ASAP since our lease was ending in our old apt in 3 days...they took 6 days just to approve us, and when we went to get our keys they said we have to pay our next months due because july was ending in a day and the next month would start next!!!! SO WHERE IS THE FIRST MONTH FREE!!!!!!????!!!! THERE LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT GO THERE P.S. the first day we went to go look at it from inside, the lady touring us around, she didnt check the house and when my mother opened the fridge to look inside...there were ROACHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THATS NASTYY!! AND SHE WAS LIKE "OOHH I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED IT BEFORE I TOOK YOU INSIDE..." LIKE DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

LAS VANTANAS MANAGEMENT SUCK WHEN WE WENT LOOK THOSE APARTMENT THERE ONE THING COOKIES WERE A WEEK OLD THEATER WAS NOT WORK AND THEY DONT KNOW WHO TO TREAT PEOPLE THEY THINK THAT THEY ARE HUMANS AND WE ARE ANIMAL WHO DONT HAVE BRAIN WHEN WE WENT INSIDE THE APARTMENT ONE LADY WAS SHOWING US THE APARTMENT WHEN MY MOM WENT INSIDE THE KICTHEN SHE SAW ROACHES AND ANTS AND EVERY THING WASS MESSED UPZZ AND THEY DOGS SHITS AROUND AND WHEN WE WERE GO GOING BACK IN THE GOLF KART SHE WAS DRIVING LIKE CARZY LIKE IF UR LIVING IN LAS VANTANASS THAT THE BIG MISTAKE U MAKE IN UR LIFE AND IF U R TRYING TO GET IN U WILL SEE WHAT EVERY IS FACING WHO LIVING HERE !!!!!!!!!!!! LAS VENTANASS ...SUCKSSSSSSS
