I moved in 3/07 and i'm moving out 3/08 i told the leaseing agents in jan and febuary that i was not renewing my lease i was told i did not need a written notice but know they are telling me i did .So i asked for my lease agreement but they cannot find it.they are giving me the runaround this person has or that person has it,when i moved in it was under a different company but these new ones are just as bad.this is the worst run apartments i'v been in.do not be fooled by them.

Absolutely when I moved in they were having an offer that the first month would be free . . . until after I signed a contract . . . they even had a sign up right next to the over-sized desk advertising such. With all their Bull**** I ended up paying over $1000 dollars on my contract in fees and broken promises. Not to mention the theft and damage costs. Like living in a war zone if you have crappy neighbors that pound on the walls and ceiling whenever a flea farts.
