I have lived here at Le Renaissance for 3 years, and never had a problem with the staff, they are great and very responsive. Deposits are given to hold a unit, they are non-refoundable in the state of Texas.I see why they didn't refound your money. Im sure the property lost money because they could have leased the apartment out to someone else who would have moved in. Sometimes the tenants don't realize all the work the staff at the office have to go through, I heard about the incident that happen this past monday at Post Oak at Woodway, and I just wana thank all the staff at Le Renaissance for makeing my stay here very pleasent. Keep up the good work guys.

I think your money should have been refunded to you. She stated that she put the deposit down to hold the unit the apartment complex said was available. The apartment people lied there for the money should have been refunded. I do not live here... I was thinking about it and now I am glad I found tihs site becuase I will not be moving here.
