I'm happy! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I haven't had any problems with noise but i live on the fourth floor. I'm comfortable here, i have made it my home for the past two years and just renewed again. The office and maintenance staff have been great. All my work orders are done the same day sometimes within the hour. My neighbors have all been really great people. We all look out for each other which is nice. I am in love with the pool and park! It's the best I have seen in Houston. Downfall: the new place that just went up next door is kind of an eye sore but I'm just curious how it will change traffic flow on Memorial. Anyone have any info'
