Left Bank River Oaks

Got the bum's rush From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   My husband had the day off today so we saw a few apartments. We walked into Left Bank and the snootiness was in the air. We brought up the dog within the first few moments as we won't move anywhere without her. We were told there was a 20 lb maximum weight but the lady said she'd work things out. She went to get keys and her manager said No Way. Our dog is 37 lbs and they gave us a bunch of "fair housing" folderol. We left immediately. Real story: we drove up and they saw our 10 year-old Honda and that we were out shopping for toilet paper and cleaning supplies and Grand Theft Auto for PS3 so were wearing jeans and they decided that we weren't good enough to even see an apartment. In two years when we're multi-millionaires we'll laugh at the Barbies that run this office.
