Recommended, but with caution From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   I have been a tenant for several years now and when I found this complex, it was a welcome relief. Excellent access to the tollway to get to and from work and schools and washer/dryer in unit at a decent price for the location. Nice having a gas station and grocery stores and fast food places nearby as well. Recently, however, I have had concerns as it's becoming louder in the evening hours with cars, music, etc. - as we can hear the front gate opening and closing at all hours of the night non-stop at times. Although the new management has been making cosmetic improvements to the complex, I feel we will have to move, pay more rent and drive in more traffic to feel safer. Sad, but true. Still, I would recommend this complex if you are young and single. :-)
