We moved here about a year ago. At first it was nice the girls in the office knew things and now there are new girls and they are stupid. When you call Lucy is always rude, Melisa the manager is always busy and when you that to here she is not very helpful. The worst is Sally who never know the answers to anything, she has time to talk on the phone but you ask her a question and she does not know the answer. Paula is the only one in the office that can do anything. You can put service requests in but it will take a couple week to a couple months to get fixed. Like the other stated there is not any places to park after 5 pm and everyone parks in the fire lane but they have your cars towed if you park under covered parking but not the fire lanes. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Stay as far away as possible.
