This place is no longer Jefferson Pines, but now Legacy Pines. Ever since the new management, this place has gone extremely down hill! We now have shootings, robberies, crack smoker neighboors, and multiple sets of very noisy neighboors. They seem to be letting everyone in this place now. The managment never solves any of your problems and the rent is outragous. If you pay alot extra for parking there is usually some else parked in your spot, and if you don't pay for it you have to park a mile away from your complex. Right now the security light is our in front of our door, and no one has shown any sign of fixing it. I don't recommend it for anyone!!!
