I have not found the apartments to be noisy, in fact, pretty quiet, but it may be my location. There is a roach problem, which never seems to be fixed, dispite the charge on my set $35.00 water bill every month for pest control. Based on other apartments in the area, the rent is way over proced. I would look somewhere else....
