I love my apartment. The pest control is per request, I have no idea what those other people were talking about. Every time i request anything it gets done with in a day. If these poelple were so unhappy why did they not move' The management company offers a 30 day guarantee, no questions asked!

As far as why unhappy people did not move, it's called a leasing contract! Unless you are willing to pay for me to break my contract, then I am stuck here until it expires. Plus, most of the people (including myself) are writing about the problems with the apartments, but maybe didn't take into account about the rental rate. For example, in the Louetta/249 area, it's either pay $800 /mo for nicer apartments, or pay $500-/mo for ghetto apartments. Legacy pines was in the middle price/quality-wise. So, some people may feel Legacy Pines is their only affordable option, but they aren't happy about it. And don't say, why don't you buy a house. It's called affordability. I'm just hoping all the new apartments drive the prices lower at the other complexes (Tivoli). |
