I moved here from Florida about a year ago and rented over the phone. They have a guarantee that you will like living here or they let you out of your lease in the 1st 30 days. There were not other apartments I called in Houston that offered this and I figured if I didn't like it I could have time to look once I got to Houston and get my fees and deposit back with no questions asked. You can't beat that! Once I got here I saw that that my apartment was just as nice as the pictures and the people who work here really care about making people happy. I was late the day i moved in and even though they were closed two of the ladies in the office stayed to meet us to sign our lease and make sure we made it to our apartment. I don't know about you but this was the first time I had ever had an apartment worker wait after they close to help me. The service men are very friendly and fix things when they are needed. They keep the hallways clean. It seems like they are always blowing the driveways and cleaning. They also guarantee that things get fixed with in 24 hours of when you call them in. It's very nice here.

You must be one of the luckly few, infact a maybe a service request two days ago. I'm still waiting for repairs and this isn't the first time. Well I hope that your luck continues.
