I've been living in Legacy pines for over 8 months already. My lease ended in June 3rd and I am renewing my lease for another 12 months. When I first moved in I only had one day to find an apartment. I had gone to The Madeline and I didn't like it and Legacy Pines were the second apartments I looked at and as soon as I saw the model apartment I fell in love with it and they ended up letting me lease that same apartment. They ended up taking all the things inside the apartment and letting me move in the very next day.

The apartment complex is kept clean, the parking lot can be a hassle now in summer because their a lot of teenagers that come and spend the day at the swimming pool and park in anywhere, but other than that I love it here.

The maintenance people are quick to fix problems. As a matter of fact one time my daughter locked me out outside in the patio and I was locked out for 3 hours without a phone or anything. I saw one of the maintenance guys outside with the golf car and he brought his stairs and cut a hole in the wall and he fixed it a week later at no cost to me. I feel very comfortable here. I highly recommend there apartments. They are pricy, but you will get what you pay for. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I agree... :) I lost my keys one night (waaay after hrs.) and when I called the emergency line and told them about it - they had a set of keys waiting for me when I pulled in. Thank you, Legacy!
