Do not move here! I was from out of state and contacted them about an apartment. I paid my $300 deposit for a 1 bedroom; I thought it would be worth the money. To start off with the apartment I sent the money in for they gave away. I didn't receive a call or notice. I found out because I called back to check on things. Then at that time they gave me another apartment. I called like 20 times and still never received a call back after leaving several messages. I was always told the person was helping others and she will call me back. So I gave up and just showed up when I got into town. First of all she wasn't working. The only thing she was working was her mouth with her other co-workers. So she takes me to see my apartment. The apartment was allot smaller than I thought for the price and my carpet was filthy. When I pointed it out then she said they will clean it. That should of been done before I got there. So after she showed me the apartment she told me she would call later that afternoon with my paper work. She never called and it was a Thursday. Monday comes around and still no call. So I went with another apartment. I went there to get my money back. When I walked in she was running her mouth again with other co-workers and acts all happy to see me and said ill go get your paper work. I told her I m here for my deposit back. Her attitude changed, she got pissy and had the nerve to give me attitude. She told me I don't get my deposit back because I checked agree box on line.... All I did was get pre-approved nothing more. I didn t sign or check anything. When I told her to show me the paper work she couldn't find it. So she had no choice but to re-fund my money. Once she realized I get my money back she was pissed. She asked me why I didn t want to live there; I told her cause they were un-professional! Also, they don t know how to call anyone back, just lazy! She told me she didn't call back Thursday because she got swamped with work. Come on it was Monday! They are open sat. And sun. Smells like bull-----. Then she had the nerve to say, "well you didn t call me back either." I told her it's not my job to track her down she told me she was going to call with my paper work, that s not my job. She then turned around and said well it s going to take 30 days for your refund. I can t put it in today because I have to go to the bank and I m off tomorrow. Then she said I don t have time for this crap. At this point I was ready to snatch her ass over the counter. I had to keep walking off and my aunt was there trying to keep me calm. Just to think I almost moved in. I can t imagine how long it would take for them to actually fix a problem. This place is a joke and so is the staff.

so how long did it take to get your refund back and are u currenlty residing in the houston area?
