I have been living here for about six months now with my 2-year-old daughter.... And we absolutely love it. The apt. is def. worth the money. The managers are so nice. They are always helping me out when I need something. My work orders get processed quickly, and things are taken care of promptly. I've been late on my rent several times, yet they ALWAYS work with me and never make me feel bad or embarrassed. I lived here several years ago (when it was called Jefferson Pines) and had the same great experience. That's why I moved back. I feel so at home here. And the property mgrs. are ALWAYS hosting community events / gatherings at their own expense. It's absolutely wonderful. My daughter loves the pool and hot tub. And the game room is awesome. They let you rent it out for a day, so you can have it all to yourself. I have NO complaints whatsoever. I plan on renewing my lease in six months when it is due to expire. This place is my "safe-haven." I highly recommend this apt. community to anyone looking for a comfortable and very nice place to live. Also, HP employees get a discount on their rent (with proof of employment)! WONDERFUL! :)Thank you, Legacy! xoxo You guys are GREAT - keep up the GOOD work!!! ;) 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

I wouldn't really call if a safe haven considering someone got held at gunpoint on 7-8-2009. I have lived in this part of cypress my whole life and have never felt scared or fear of going outside my apartment. I will now be going out at all times with my dog and my can of mace until i feel safe again. I agree they are nice apartments but until management changes what they do about security it is still going to be an unsafe place for everybody.

No, I don't have problems. And if I did, they aren't of any concern to you. When I'm inside my apt. home, I feel very safe. I have a garage to keep my vehicle in and can easily get into my car without even having to go outside. It's not the apts. fault that the economy is so bad right now that people are resorting to criminal activies. It's happening everywhere, not just here. Stop being so closed-minded. And I speak from experience. I was robbed at my last apt. complex - Lexington @ Champions. Maybe you have problems, but I don't. :) If you feel so "unsafe" then move... or get a garage. Problem solved. Also, if you feel so strongly about this safety issue, then be brave enough to leave your name... not an ANONYMOUS response. FYI - I witnessed the robbery, too. And mgt. IS doing something about it. We have a meeting on the 21st of this month to discuss the whole situation. Hope to see you there.
