I have been live here since december 2008, so very happy about my appartment. Clean, nice view. Staff are awesome, they always wish to help me with everything.
There has been crime lately and I called the office and was told exactly what the notice said that was sent out. The leasing girl said that the staff didn't want to try to give detailed information because the story could be incorrect from what actually happened. She said she didn't want to make it sound better or worse and therefore referred me to Harris County. I commend her for beig honest with me and after all she is doing her job. We all need to be more aware of everything we do these days no matter where we are.
All apartments have limited parking and the lack of spacing is due to people having friends come over and park. They don't tow from covered parking unless it is someone's space. ....
There are a lot of activities for the people living here. I don't have any complaints.
I plan on renewing my lease when it is up.
I would recommend this place.

I am the person that was robbed on July 8. I was putting my 9 month old in her car seat in front of my garage and was approached by a man with a gun. He told me not to say anything and reached into my SUV UNDERNEATH MY DAUGHTER'S CAR SEAT and grabbed my purse, then took off running into the stand of trees on the other side of building 12. I was robbed at gunpoint, it is not alleged. They have the case number and should be referring it to the residents to obtain the official police report. The reason they do not want to say anything is because they do not want to loose business, which is sad. They would rather their residents be put in harm's way and earn a buck than tell the truth to their residents. I am moving ASAP, I don't care what their policy is on breaking the lease.
