The best place to live!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   The Legend is a great place to live! The property is always clean and well maintained. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help with any concerns that I might have. Charlene is always on top of things and willing to get the job done. I have really enjoyed living here and I dont plan on leaving anytime soon!
