There are problems, but nothing I haven't seen in any other complex in Houston.
Quiet and peaceful - I almost never hear anything from my neighbors.

Karen, I know that as a manager you live well because the AC, water heater, lighting, garbage, break-ins and parking problem etc are not an issue where your apt. is located, but what about the rest of us?
