Be warned!! Expect the smell of fresh paint, old carpet and tile when you first move in. Then, quit expecting things to get better. During the summer of 2005, the main air conditioning unit for building D on 910 Silber broke down. Karen, the manager, kept promissing the tenants that it would soon be fixed. Unfortunately, it was not fixed for well over two weeks. Some second floor apts do not have windows that can be open, those people suffered the most, others, installed window AC units at our own expense. The trash containers overflows on a regular basis and replacing a balcony lightbulb takes maintenance no less than a couple of days. At least half of the laundry machines on 910 Silber belong in the trash, so expect to be frustrated in that department as well. A neighbor's car was broken into while parked inside the gated parking lot. I know of someone who is harrased by two neighbors of the oposite sex who pursue her even though she is not interested in their attention.
