Don't rent Here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   One of the worst places I have ever lived at. Have gone through alot of management changes. Current management did some "fix-up" on the 915 side but neglected the 910 side. Current attitude is to ignore problems and not do anything! Management is great at 'patching problem" but things are never fixed!! Parking is a joke and complex not secure at all -- gates always broken or left open for anyone to enter. A/C is a joke too -- be prepared for it to go down constantly -- expecially on the 910 side. Things really went downhill after hurricanes Katrina and Rita -- management doesn't do any background checks at all on new tenants!! Don't bother looking at this complex -- you are wasting your time.
