After two years of living here and two different floorplans I have finally decided to leave my lil paradise and see what a new complex has to offer. This complex really is peaceful, quiet and and a wonderful place to call home.
However, it is almost 9 years old and has begun to show signs of its age over the years. This was even after a recent paint job that the complex underwent this past summer. The maintainance staff is prompt, however often will go about fixing things in a shoddy or half-assed way. The front office recently has undergone some drastic changes and a staff that always made each tenant feel wanted and appreciated has gone out the window. The new staff could seriously care less and that shows when you approach them about renewing your lease, picking up a package or asking a question. Often you will stand there for minutes at a time waiting for someone to ask you if they can help you, or you may find a sign on the door that they will return in an hour, which turns into 3. They simply do not want to be bothered. The new manager is huffy, uncourteous and in my opinion unprofessional. In my idea of customer service, you sympathize and listen to what the tenant has to say and donýt harass them especially when they have always been prompt with the rent check. It would seem to me that this would be the tenant you would want to try to keep. It was for this reason alone that I decided it was time to get out of here before it really became problematic.
Just one final suggestion, think about getting a few bikes for the tenants to use like many of your competitors do. It will add to the amenities that are seriously needed and lacking here at this beautiful yet older complex. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
