Quite a few students appearing crowd who smoke (not sure what'') all the time and throw waste (cigarette buts, food waste, beer cans) on road all the time. Noise/loud music in the night. Not a decent place for family & kids as boys & girls seem to be engaged in indecent activties publicly without any shame. I am planning to move out asap.

The Lexington Apartments are a member of the Houston Apartment Association and the Texas Apartment Association. It has been our experience that often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for nonpayment of rent or other lease violations, or who have never actually lived on the property, or by competitors. Be cautious in assuming the truthfullness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliabele method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.

Please do come & visit the apartment complex and management before you decide to move in. You will not need to meet residents if you meet management staff only. You will see the (bad) quality and (poor) level of service, they can provide once you move in. Meet residents for sure and inquire about (un)professionalism of management here.
