We are trying to move there but I can confirm the lack professionalism of the management for what I am going to explain now.
We had an apartment, they gave us the unit number, then they say that that unit won't be available for us, the changed the price (a higher one) and we finally think that we have other apartment different than the original but not 100% sure.
We already talked to our agent so that experience regarding the ordeal to reserve the unit can be shared with future people looking for an apartment (maybe they like it).
I am very well aware of the move out policy thanks to the previous reviews and my lawyer is studying all kind of things that might be non-legal in the lease contract that we haven't read yet.
We are fully prepared to make our period there as comfortable as possible, but we will be aware of any kind of tricks that we or our lawyer find, IF ANY.
I will be posting our findings or our compliments, since we are 100% honest and have no interest in saying anything else but the whole truth about our experience there.
One of the things that he told us is that we had a verbal agreement regarding a specific apartment and that was broken as I explained before.
We are not making a big deal about it because we want to look forward and have a pleasant experience there, but we are aware that that's not the way it has to be.
I said that we'd recommend the apartments because we had to choose one, and we rather think that at the end we will have a good experience.
So believe that we will be 100% honest in our reviews, as we are doing now.

Overall this community is ok. However, the manager is very unprofessional, she wears dresses and skirts that are so short, she better not bend down for anything or else you will see something so unpleasent. I mean how old is she, no one wants to see all that. She lost a lot of weight but that is not an excuse at all. She wears flip flops and does not comb her hair half the time I see her. She wears hats trying to hide the bad hair days as well. She has been the manager for some time now, but her staff in the office cant stay longer than three months at a time. It is unfortunate the company can not find a good employee you say, well there is two sides to any story. I am litteraly afraid to have maintenance do something in my home, especially after hearing three of my neighbors have had jewlery stolen from them with no sign of forced entry. They say they have two police officers who live on site, but where are they when the crimes are taking place.
The manager discriminates against homosexuals, I've literally seen her tell someone she does not have any apartments available to view, and I saw her staff showing an apartment to someone earlier that day. How shady. I can not believe she still works there. I have complained about things on the property, and nothing gets done, I mean its been months since the request were made and there were more than one. Its like management does not care.
Oh ya, the walls are so thin here, I can hear the people above me getting busy, now why do I want to hear that? I don't!
I can not wait till my lease is up, I will be moving far away, and I do not suggest anyone live here, unless management were changed some way. Doesn't look like that will be happening any time soon. I will post anything else that I experience before I leave, to give the world a heads up.
Dont let the staff fool you with their smiles, and nice gestures, they are nice and friendly but you will be rudely awakened and surprised if you every want to be Accommodated in any way.
Also cant wait for the manager or acaciaequities to reply to this, seems like they monitor this thing, and bribes people to write good comments, what a scam.
