Thise is a nice property. The grounds are great and the management staff is fabulous.
Jerrylin, our manager, is a fine woman and a great professional. She takes care of problems ASAP. She is also cute too.
The Property engineer also has a good head on his shoulders and fixes things right.
These folks deserve a raise and some gifts.

I don't even live there(but I am thinking about) and it seems as though Jerilyn or whoever wrote this herself because she is focusing on rating herself more less the apartment building. I don't know what to think.
