When I first moved a year ago...I loved it. Absoluely loved it . I still like it here but i have to admit....some of the people here...I'm suprised they can afford the high rent. Not be rude....but it just doesn't seem like the place it was a year ago.Its not as quiet as it was due to more children. I'm not sure why they put heavy people on the top floor because everytime they go down the stairs i swear my whole building shakes. More noise on the weekends. I would honestly feel safer if my rent was raised due to hiring a fulltime security gaurd.There is no gaurd, and the people seem stranger that move in this building. I will not be renewing my lease. I'd rather move back in with my parents or search for a safer apt even if it means higher rent. I work hard for my rent money and I just don't want to see this apt complex go down. Manager is nice and quick to respond and maintanence is EXCELLENT. I don't believe they're at fault for the downgrade of this area.

the so called "manager" jerillyn "i should mind my own business" hatcher, is AWFUL!! She is more concerned about spreading rumors about tenants than taking care of the property! She spends more time outside smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee, that is her diet, than taking care of business. I agree that David, maintenace man, is amazing and hilarious. His wife and family are great too. I agree with everything you stated except about the manager because it is her fault for the downslide of the property, her job is to keep it safe and comfortable. And...she does write all the positive responses on this site. She is BASEBALL08. Her son plays baseball and she and her husband are HUGE baseball fans. She is ridiculous!!
