Not Good Not Bad From: asturias13 Date posted: 9/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   The management always seemed very friendly and nice with me, up until the new management came in right before I moved out last month. Then they felt a little snobby, but still pretty responsive. The apartment we lived in (3 bdrm) was a really great layout and very well cared for. Have no complaints at all about the apartment itself. The complaints would come from the parking issue. There is not enough parking if you can't get a covered space or splurge for a garage. People with pets don't clean up after their pets, so when I would come home I could ALWAYS smell it. Also, I don't know if I just ended up with unusually loud neighbors or the walls are thin, but I could for sure hear my neighbors to an alarming degree. I would have considered staying if my situation would have allowed it, however there were some issues that did frustrate the hell out of me. But, hey... thats apartment life.
