HORRIBLE RUN FOR YOUR LIFE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   The staff is extremely rude. The only time they are willing to speak with you is when you are giving them your rent check. Apartments show extreme wear, and the staff's response to it is "they're not new." Not enough uncovered parking, and if you want covered it is at an enormous amount. Lights in the pool don't work, very unsafe conditions. Turn over is about every two months so no one knows what is going on. Get everything in writing, otherwise they will stick it to you. Assistant Managers LOVE TO RAISE THEIR VOICES AT THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS. Gates never work, you HAVE to use SBC Home Entertainment, low water pressure. And the list goes on and on and on........
