I came in to the lodge at copperfield to pay my rent early and you would think that the Asst Manager Penny would be nice and be happy to help me but no I stood to the door looking around waiting for someone to help and I saw Penny at the three computer stations that they have in the front office she didnt say one word to me so I thought she didnt work there she then looked at me and said hello and them turned back around to continue checking her email, so I stood there longer looking to see if anyone was in the back nope finally after I watch her check her email she then turn to me to ask if i needed any help. She was very rude and made it out to be like i was wasting her time beucase she had so much more better things to do and was very short with the questions that I was asking. I have already called the main number which is 281-496-2428 to call and complain about how I got treated and have yet to hear back from them. I dont know how that lady is a Asst Manager thats crazy. RUN do not rent here. Oh and by the way my truck was broking into in Feb.

I like Penny and think she is a great new addition to the property! Keep up the good work. She is always friendly and helpful. Don't know what this person is talking about.

Sounds like you are one of the two girls that works up front. She has never been out right rude to me, but she certainly has mucked up my bills and is not extremely helpful.
