Horrible Service and Lazy Employees From: lakeshapleasant@sbcglobal.net Date posted: 7/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 1 response   I will never refer anyone to live at these apartments. The leasing agents are lazy and they are constantly out of the office... including both the assistant and head manager. Also, they will lose your deposit and rent if it is paid with a money order. Sadly, I have been waiting on my deposit for over six weeks. The only one who works is Jason. He always polite and proactive to the needs of the renters.Lastly,the gates are always open and the manager is more concerned about eating than working.
