no problems From: building18 Date posted: 10/16/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I've been here since last year and haven't had any problems. The complex is quiet. People used to speed through, but speed bumps have been placed throughout the property to slow residents down a bit. I'll be moving out next month due to my job relocating, but if not, I would continue living here. The only slight problem was that of a bird's nest perched on one of the sprinkler systems. I had to look at the fallen bird droppings for quite some time, but maint. cleaned it up. The maint. staff are pretty timely, no complaints from me. I would recommend it to anyone.
