It is 12:05pm, january 19th 2006. My car was vandalized and the robber stole my cd radio during the night of january 17th, and I just came from the mangement office. Their answer' "It is unfortunate, but you still have to pay your rent for 5 more months, according to your contract".
The gates are always open during the nights, so no wonder how things like this happen. I want to leave this place because the noise from the neighbors is also very annoying.
Please, please, don't ever think in moving here. Trust me.

Gates are just a false sense of security. Anyone can follow you in when you open the gates. Crime is all over the city. It is unfortunate that you got your car broken into, the same thing happened to me at a different location. I also had to live out the rest of my lease. As for the noise from the neighbors, you should knock on their door and politely ask them to keep it down. If that doesn't work, then try asking the apartments manager for help.

Been there done that bluetwister. The mangers don't give a sh#% about about complaints on noise. They simply told me call the police if you want, but it's not our problem. Try asking a bunch of people sitting around at night smoking weed and blasting their system all night long, because that's what my neighbors do.
