I have lived in these apartments for over 2 years now, and am not going to renew my lease this time. The office staff has a high turnover and they only care about the prospects coming in the door, once you sign the lease they could care less about making you happy. It takes me several attempts to get any maint. work done and now when you call the office you speak to a voice mail that makes you leave a message and they never return your call. I had to call about an emergency once and they said someone would come right over.....hours later they gave me the excuse that prospective residence came in and THEY are their top priority, NOT the paying residents! The walls are paper thin and I can hear the conversations of my upstairs neighbors or the crying baby downstairs. I dont recommend these apt. for the price but if you feel you can go for long periods of time without ever needing to deal with the leasing office (or have the time to sit on the phone leaving numerous messages) or you are your own fix it person because you will never get maint. then you may fit in here.

I have been here for the same length of time that you have and have never had any problems with the office people of maintenance staff. Any apartment anywhere will have the same feel of paper thin walls, no matter where you go, unless you're living in a concrete home. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
