theft on the rise From: homeboddy Date posted: 2/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Been in the apartment for 18 months and appearance is nice. Most everything has been fine except for the past 2 months. Car has been broken into twice (1/10 and 2/9) and other vehicles have been broken into on the same days. Noise has increased as well in past months.
