If you have no problems dealing with problems all the time, then this is the place for you. We moved here about one ago. Everything was nice at the beginning...the apartment is nice, the office staff was friendly, the neighbors were nice. Then after about 6 months, there were all sorts of problems. They changed the management, so all the nice people were gone. The people in the office only wanted to help if you were renewing a lease. It took them 5 weeks and calls every other day to send someone to come fix the garbage disposal. Then the new neighbors moved in downstairs and when they played their rap music, I can feel my floor shake. The apartment said that they promote a peaceful environment, but when I complained about the noise problem,they basically told me it was my problem and they don't deal with those things. On top of that they smoke weed with their windows open all the time. Then woke up one morning and there was a bullet hole in the back window of my car. Shattered the entired thing and cost me $300 to fix. Lately there been a lot of unfamiliar people hanging around the place late at night. The gates are always open, or if they are closed, they won't open at all. This place is turning into a nightmare. Can't wait to move out next month!!!!!!!!
